Service Description
The initial free 1 hour consultation affords opportunities for parents and caregivers to engage in open and empathetic discussions with experienced behavior analysts who specialize in understanding and addressing behavioral challenges. By the end of the consultation, caregivers will have a clearer perspective on their loved one's behavior, along with practical tools and knowledge to support their development and well-being. Potterhouse also offers specialized support and guidance for educational institutions and other organizations seeking to optimize their operations and promote a positive work service environment. Through evidence-based behavior analytic principles, we are dedicated to supporting teachers, schools, and other educational institutions in creating positive learning environments, effectively managing classroom behavior, and promoting the academic and social-emotional development of all students.
Please be advised that cancellations made up to 24 hours before a scheduled appointment via phone or email will be processed without a penalty. Cancellations made 24 hours or less before an appointment will be subject to a charge of $30. This includes appointments where the client is a no-show. If Potterhouse cancels an appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, a new appointment will be scheduled without penalty to the client, subject to availability.
